BMO Wins First JD Power Ranking for Personal Banking Advice

TORONTO, June 30, 2022 /CNW/ – BMO Financial Group today announced that it was ranked #1 in customer satisfaction for retail banking advice in JD Power 2022 Canadian Retail Banking Advisor Satisfaction Study, regain the top spot among Canada’s largest banks. The study analyzes direct feedback from thousands of retail banking customers across Canada.

In this year’s study, BMO earned top marks in categories demonstrating its continued commitment to helping customers achieve real financial progress, including clarity of advice and focus on customer needs.
