Mossi has over 20 years of experience managing regions and branches with Exchange Bank and a strong track record of growing relationships with consumers, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to Exchange Bank, Mossi worked for Bank of America in Northern California in various retail and lending roles. He is originally from Petaluma and very active in the Sonoma County community, including serving as past president of the Rotary Club of Petaluma.
